I was surprised to learn that today is their last day as Plucked Chicken & Beer. They're rebranding to Fat Chance Food Hall with an updated menu. They will reopen on Wed 9/20/23 at 11am. For my last order as this current iteration, I ordered the Asian Chick Salad. My SO got the Angry Chick sandwich and waffle fries. We found the level of spiciness was just right. The service was quick. There was only one other group, possibly since the farmer's market was open. I'm looking forward to checking out their new food hall.

The chicken sandwich here is exceptional and so are the loaded fries! I usually come by when it's not too busy but I would imagine this place is pretty popular... I mean who doesn't love a chicken sandwich! Beware though, it can get spicy! This place is my daughters favorite! Service is always good and the establishment is pretty cool! They have an arcade game in the corner that gives at an old school vibe.

First time at Plucked and it did not disappoint! Karla was SUPER helpful and gave us recommendations to get the best of experience. The Naughty Nash was really really good and their loaded fries are a freaking meal in itself. They have a really large selection of beers to help wash down the delicious spicy chicken.

Plucked is definitely worth the hype it gets! We came here on a sunny Saturday afternoon and really enjoyed our lunch. This location is nestled in First St, but when you walk in the restaurant is huge inside. After we ordered inside we realized we could grab a table outside and order through the QR code on the table. That would've been easier than standing in the long line inside. Tip for next time! We ordered 3 chicken tacos with fries and a beer, one chicken sandwich with fries and Coke. Our total was about $45 which was pretty expensive for the amount food we received. The food, however, was really good!!! The chicken was fried to a good crisp. The cole slaw was great. And the waffle fries were so crispy! I honestly think better than Chik Fil A waffle fries my husband really enjoyed his tacos and appreciated the pickled jalapeños that come with the order. My husband didn't like his Altamont beer so next time I'm sure he'll get a soda or something else. I did ask for BBQ sauce on the side of my meal but didn't receive any. The food was really good, but I think for the price I would expect it to be a bit more "sit-down" style instead of grab and go type. It was still good though and we'll be back for sure!

I LOVE THIS MENU. How can you not love a place that serves fried chicken tenders, sandwiches, salads, and TACOS! Like fresh ones with cabbage slaw and fresh jalapenos!! We sat outside Friday night and were really pleased with the downtown Livermore scene. I was elated to see my favorite, Bleu Cheese buffalo, available both as a sandwich AND as fries! The service was quick, the food was incredible, and they've got great outdoor seating! LOVE!

It's great seeing another new restaurant in Downtown Livermore! I hadn't heard of Plucked Chicken before, but later found it as I was going through downtown. It was my first experience here and immediately upon entering my group and I were met with warm welcomes. The inside of the store itself was extremely clean and well kept too. The person who served us, Logan, was super kind and provided a lot of insight regarding items on the menu which was useful especially since it was our first time. It was great customer service! We ordered two Angry Chicks, and also had the waffle fries and mac n' cheese. The mac n' cheese was definitely the star which was unexpected for us, it's a must have! The waffle fries were super good and perfectly crisp too, however were a little too salty. The Angry Chick was also good but wasn't as crispy as it looked on the photo. They did have a lot of other chicken sandwiches on their menu that sound super tasty too however! It is a bit on the pricier end, but it is worth a try! Looking forward to coming again to try more of their menu :-)
